He just ate what?
Why are people fat? Why are some people thin? There are a lot of information here to make us knowledgeable on Nutrition and how to stay health and lean. But how about observing the people around you?
It was funny because I started to look around me whenever I dine in restaurants or fast food chains. Much to my surprise I could see the difference in what people ordered and the kind of physical attributes they possess.
At the other side of the table I saw this group of people. Two were fat and the other two were lean. So I looked at what they were eating. The fat people ate congee which is similar to a rice soup. They had a tall glass of soft drink as beverage. On the other hand the two thin people ate a plate of meat and had medium size drinks of mango juice.
Now I started to look around and noticed there was a pattern on the way people ordered and ate. This observation has been going on for quite sometime and I could say what made fat people become fat and lean people become lean. You may go on and observe your friends eating habits and physical attributes. As there were quite some exceptions on the relation of food choice and appearance the people I have observed; the percentage by which they are directly related was so much higher. Say—90%.
See, its in the choice of food that determines the kind of physique you have. You may try to do your own observation and you will notice the difference. I dare you.
What to do next?
How about observing the people on line, or the friends you have and order and eat the same food and amount as those that are lean. I suppose you will choose the person who is lean as opposed to the one who is fat.
