Nutrition
This is defined as the intake of food and other nourishing material by the body. After our food intake; it is broken down into nutrients. These nutrients travel through the bloodstream to different parts of the body where they are used as “fuel” and for many other purposes. This fuel is the medium that will keep us from accomplishing our daily workout schedule.
